Once your Madrid flight booking has been completed during the fair, make your way to the Spain Tourism Board booth to redeem your special gift. It’s our way of welcoming you to Spain and giving you one more reason to start planning your next adventure.

Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is organised by the Spain Tourism Board in conjunction with the Singapore Airlines Time to Fly Travel Fair (TTF).
2. The promotion is valid only during the specified dates and operating hours of the Singapore Airlines Time to Fly Travel Fair.
3. To qualify for the promotional gift, participants must make an eligible flight booking to Madrid during the Travel Fair itself.
4. The eligible Madrid flight booking must be made on the spot at the Singapore Airlines Time to Fly Travel Fair. Bookings made before or after the Travel Fair, or through other booking channels, will not qualify for the promotion.
5. Participants must present valid proof of their eligible booking, such as their booking confirmation or other documentation requested by the promotion organiser, when visiting the Spain Tourism Board booth to redeem the gift.
6. Each eligible booking is entitled to one promotional gift, unless otherwise stated by the organiser.
7. Promotional gifts are subject to availability and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. Promotional gifts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item.
9. The promotion is open to eligible participants who meet the requirements set by the organiser and Singapore Airlines for the relevant flight booking.
10. The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity and eligibility of bookings before issuing the promotional gift.
11. In the event that a booking is cancelled, refunded, voided or otherwise becomes ineligible after redemption, the organiser reserves the right to determine whether the participant remains eligible for the promotional gift.
12. The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer or privilege unless expressly stated otherwise.
13. The organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion, including the promotional gift, at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
14. The organiser reserves the right to reject any redemption that does not meet the promotion requirements or where there is reason to believe that the promotion has been misused or abused.
15. Singapore Airlines' own booking, fare, ticketing and travel terms and conditions apply to all flight bookings. Participants are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms and conditions.
16. By participating in the promotion, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional requirements communicated at the Travel Fair or Spain Tourism Board booth.
17. In the event of any dispute arising from the promotion, the organiser's decision shall be final, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
