Ramadan Spain Roadshow (Indonesia)

The Spain Tourism Board in Singapore successfully concluded its Ramadan Spain Roadshow in Indonesia this March, promoting Spain as a leading halal-friendly destination for Southeast Asian travelers. The multi-city event was held in collaboration with key industry partners — Miki Travel, Across Spain (DMC), and Meliá Hotels International — and brought together travel trade professionals in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Makassar.

The roadshow aimed to highlight Spain’s growing offerings in halal tourism, including tailored experiences, certified accommodations, and cultural attractions that cater to Muslim travelers. The initiative was met with great enthusiasm, reflecting the rising demand for inclusive and diverse travel options.

Indonesia continues to be a key market, and we look forward to welcoming more Southeast Asian travelers to experience the richness of Spain’s culture, gastronomy, and heritage. The Spain Tourism Board remains committed to strengthening partnerships and enhancing Spain’s position as a welcoming destination for Muslim travelers from the Southeast Asia region.
