Muslim-Friendly Tourism Influencers Familiarization Trip
Muslim-Friendly Tourism Influencers Familiarization Trip
The Spain Tourism Board in Singapore concluded a successful familiarization trip for influencers and content creators from Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, focused on promoting Muslim-friendly travel experiences in Spain.

Spanning Valencia, Zaragoza, Granada, and Málaga, the week-long journey explored Spain’s rich Islamic heritage and growing offerings for Muslim travelers — from historical landmarks to Muslim-friendly dining options. Participants gained firsthand insights into what makes Spain a unique and inclusive destination for culturally respectful travel.

This trip was designed to not only showcase Spain’s historical Islamic connection but also highlight how our destinations are evolving to better serve the needs of today’s Muslim travelers. It was a journey of cultural connection, discovery, and inspiration.

The Spain Tourism Board extends its sincere thanks to Turkish Airlines, the official airline partner of the trip, for their exceptional service and support. Appreciation is also extended to our local destination partners — Fundació Visit València, Turismo de Zaragoza, Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza, Turismo Ciudad de Granada, and Turismo de Málaga — for their warm hospitality and ongoing commitment to inclusive tourism. With engaging content to be shared by participating creators in the coming weeks, this initiative aims to further inspire and inform Muslim travelers from Southeast Asia about the richness and diversity of Spain as a welcoming destination.
