PRESS TRIP "PATHS OF SEPHARAD": DISCOVERING SPAIN'S NETWORK OF JEWISH QUARTERS

The Spanish Tourist Office in Rome, also responsible for the promotion of Spain in Greece, collaborated with the Network of Jewish Quarters of Spain in the organization of a press trip held from 22 to 26 June 2026, with the participation of three Greek journalists specializing in tourism and culture. During the programme, the journalists had the opportunity to discover cities such as Segovia, Córdoba, Lucena and Seville, exploring UNESCO World Heritage Sites, museums, interpretation centres and other attractions linked to Sephardic heritage and the history of Spain. The itinerary also included gastronomic experiences, cultural activities and visits to local initiatives, providing a comprehensive insight into these destinations and their tourism potential.
