The Tourism Office of Spain in Mumbai took part in the 2025 edition of Meet Andalucía, an event focused on promoting Spanish language tourism in the southern region of Andalucía, Spain. The Mumbai office launched a call for interest across Indian universities, language institutions and schools, from which two representatives were selected to attend the program from the Indian market. The event was held from March 30 to April 1 in Cádiz. Additionally, from April 1 to 4, the participants joined familiarization trips to different cities, visiting various accredited Spanish language schools and discovering regional offerings for international students. It included meetings with accredited Spanish language schools, ELE (Español como lengua extranjera) specific training sessions, and immersive cultural activities such as guided visits to the Alhambra, wine tastings, flamenco shows, and local workshops. Attendees praised the high quality of the program, Andalusia's warm hospitality, and the valuable opportunities the region offers for international academic collaboration.
