Discover a journey that combines nature, culture, and fiction along one of Europe's most unique coastal strips. San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. This rocky islet, located between Bakio and Bermeo and connected to the mainland by a stone bridge and a 241-step staircase, represented the castle of Dragonstone in the series. The site is a classified Protected Biotope and offers exceptional views of the Cantabrian Sea. At the top, you’ll find a small hermitage with a bell which, according to tradition, brings good luck if rung three times. These are the perfect surroundings for walking and contemplation, especially outside the high season. Flysch Route. At the heart of the geopark, visitors can read 60 million years of history in the strata of this geological formation. A guided boat tour connects Zumaia to Mutriku, passing through Deba. Along the way, key geological events are explained, such as the extinction of the dinosaurs, while highlighting the historical relationship between these towns and the sea, from shipbuilding to whaling.

Muriola Beach. Also known as La Cantera, this small nudist cove is tucked away just ten minutes from the heart of Barrika. It is protected by high cliffs and completely devoid of services, only reinforcing its wild character. Its morphology and isolation made it an ideal location to film the legendary series, and it’s also a popular spot for divers and all those in search of a quiet little corner by the sea. This tour, without the need for any props or special effects, offers the chance to relive some memorable scenes from the series while soaking up the undeniable tourist appeal of the Basque coast.
