Ibiza launches high-impact hospitality with offerings for every profile
The island is accelerating its transformation with new brands raising the bar
Ibiza takes on 2026 with a new generation of hotel projects that reflect its strategic evolution through more diverse and experiential proposals. Openings and repositionings driven by major national and international groups add wellness, culture, design, and family experiences to an offering that aims to broaden the island's spectrum. From modern luxury developments to concepts oriented towards family tourism or creative wellness, the new hotel portfolio confirms Ibiza’s dynamism.
Bless Ibiza The Site, lifestyle development in Playa d’en Bossa
One of the most ambitious developments is The Site Ibiza, driven by Palladium Hotel Group in Playa d’en Bossa. Within this lifestyle complex, Bless Ibiza The Site will open in June—the project’s second hotel following the previous inaugurations of The Unexpected Ibiza and the Ibiza Gallery commercial space. The hotel will feature 461 rooms, interiors designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, an exclusive wellness center, and a gastronomic hub created to expand the destination’s culinary offering. This proposal reflects Bless Collection Hotels' positioning in the luxury segment, structured around four pillars: design with identity, gastronomy, wellness, and cultural programming.

Parador de Ibiza, restored historical heritage
Also on the island, the Parador de Eivissa-Dalt Vila, the public network’s first establishment in the Balearic Islands, opened its doors in March. This project, which involved a total investment of 47 million euros, has culminated in a complex rehabilitation process of the historic Dalt Vila Castle and Almudaina ensemble, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The hotel, distributed across five buildings with 41 rooms, features a wellness area, an outdoor pool, a restaurant, a terrace, and an auditorium integrated into the parade ground overlooking the harbor and the cathedral's bell tower. Some of the archaeological heritage discovered during the excavations will also be integrated into an interpretation center open to the public.
Nômade Temple Ibiza and the connection with nature
This expansion undertaken by international companies is also reflected with the arrival of Nômade Temple Ibiza, which will open this June in Portinatx, in the north of the island. With a total of 188 rooms, this complex will be developed around environmental sustainability and the reinterpretation of local materials in its architecture. The hotel will incorporate wellness spaces, cafés and restaurants, a craft bazaar, a recording studio, and the GÖN House of Healing spa, as part of a concept designed to foster the connection between nature, creativity, and cultural experience.

Coral Star Ibiza and the new generation of family tourism
Finally, the destination’s diversification is rounded off with Coral Star Ibiza, the new family tourism brand from OD Group, which will also debut in June in Cala de Bou. This establishment combines hotel rooms and fully equipped apartments, aiming to accommodate stays of varying lengths. Its offering includes a buffet restaurant, two bars, a Kids Club for children aged 3 to 12, social spaces for teenagers, a gym, a work area, and three water zones: a family pool, an adult pool, and a Splash Park. With these openings, Ibiza strengthens its position as one of the most dynamic destinations in the Mediterranean in terms of hotel renovation, capable of integrating historical heritage, new models of tourism experience, and contemporary creativity within the same season.
