The goal of this line of action is to make sure that TURESPAÑA'S organizational capacity achieves its goals by means of an effective leadership in the sector and an efficient management of its resources, creating a corporative culture focused on providing the maximum satisfaction to our costumers.

In order to do so, we are promoting work on Internet and the application of the new technologies into the work processes, directed at both internal management as well as the providing of services to the sector.

The professional seminars and meetings organized by Turespaña are designed with the main purpose of increasing real commercial opportunities for the private sector.

In addition, evaluation surveys are systematically carried out on the activities organized by Turespaña, in order to determine the degree of satisfaction of the participants both with the management as well as with the contents of the meetings which are held.
